Fix Debugging Problem On Forms 10g

If you work at shared library path and forms path has been registered in windows registry,

it unable to debug because forms path defined in \forms\server\default.env file

find and comment line  like that 

#FORMS_PATH=C:\ORA10G\forms

then restart oc4j server and forms developer , 

then it works as you see.
